This website sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads nothing from third-party servers at runtime. There is no comment function, no contact form and no user account. The only data processed is the access data that technically arises when a website is retrieved.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by [PLACEHOLDER: name and address of the hosting provider]. When a page is retrieved, the server automatically stores data in log files that the browser transmits:

  • the address requested
  • date and time of the request
  • volume of data transferred
  • referrer, where transmitted
  • browser type and operating system
  • IP address

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless operation and the security of the website. This data is not combined with other sources.

No cookies

No cookies are set. No consent is therefore required and there is no cookie banner.

The dossier (local storage)

If you use the “My dossier” feature, your selection of Akten and Journal pieces is kept in your own browser’s local storage (localStorage, a single entry). This data never leaves your browser, is not transmitted to us or to third parties, and is not used to recognise you. You can delete it at any time via “Empty the dossier” on the dossier page or through your browser data. If you do not use the feature, nothing is stored.

The “Day / Night” switch likewise keeps your chosen appearance in local storage (a thema entry) — without it the site follows your system preference. This entry never leaves your browser either, and can be removed through your browser data.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service, so no IP address is transmitted to a third party.

No analytics, no tracking

No analytics services, tracking pixels, social media plugins, embedded videos or map services are included.

The archive links to external websites in its source references. Once such a link is followed, the privacy policy of that website applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Please write to the address given above.
